CoSell docs Open CoSell

Get started

Open cosell.habilelabs.io and choose Sign in. CoSell is invite-only: your workspace admin invites you by email, or you created the workspace through AWS Marketplace. The first time, Cognito asks you to set your own password. Multi-factor authentication is available.

Your workspace

A workspace (tenant) holds one company's connections, mapping and opportunities. The left-hand menu has:

Page What it is for
Dashboard Opportunities by status, pending AWS invitations, open errors and the Zoho API budget
Opportunities Every Zoho deal CoSell tracks and its ACE opportunity; also Import from Partner Central
AWS invitations Referrals from AWS waiting for an answer
Sync errors Syncs that failed, with retry or resolve
Notifications What happened, newest first (also sent by email if you set addresses)
Audit log Who changed what, and every call CoSell made on your behalf
Settings Zoho CRM, AWS accounts, mapping, members and general preferences
Onboarding The setup checklist

The onboarding checklist

Onboarding shows what is still missing and links to each step:

  1. Connect your AWS account. The link must show verified.
  2. Connect Zoho CRM. CoSell creates its fields in Zoho and subscribes to deal changes.
  3. Map your pipeline. The mapping check must say ready to submit.
  4. Tick Co-sell with AWS on a deal (or match your own filter) and move it to the gate stage. It appears under Opportunities within seconds.

Test with the Sandbox catalog first if you like. Sandbox opportunities never reach AWS sellers, and deals created from them are prefixed [Sandbox].

Users and roles

Admins invite colleagues under Settings → Members. Each user has one or more roles:

Role Can
Tenant admin Everything: connections, mapping, users, settings
Alliance manager Work opportunities, answer AWS invitations, retry errors, read the audit log
Sales ops Change the mapping, work opportunities, retry errors, read the audit log
Viewer Read opportunities, dashboards and the audit log
