Troubleshooting
A deal did not go to AWS
Open it under Opportunities. The status explains most cases:
- pending with below the submission gate: move the deal to the gate stage, or a later one, in Zoho.
- skipped with Deal does not match the AWS deal filter: tick Co-sell with AWS on the deal, or adjust the filter.
- skipped with already closed in Zoho: CoSell never sends a deal that was closed before it reached AWS.
- needs information: the message lists what AWS requires, for example the business problem (at least 50 characters), the website, the country or a close date in the future. Fix it in Zoho; the next edit syncs it.
- The deal isn't listed at all: it has not changed since the filter was set. Edit it in Zoho, or wait for the 15-minute reconciliation.
"AWS refused …"
The access role in your AWS account is missing a permission that a newer CoSell feature needs. Download the onboarding template again and update the existing stack with it (details).
The amount is empty in Zoho, or deals stop at "needs information" about spend
ACE takes USD only. If Zoho works in another currency, set 1 USD = … under
Amounts and currency. AWS's figure is always in ACE_Expected_Spend.
Zoho changes are not reaching CoSell
- Settings → Zoho CRM shows the connection state and the last event received.
- If it asks you to reconnect, use Reconnect with Zoho and approve the consent screen.
- If the daily Zoho API budget is used up, sync resumes the next day; raise it under Settings → General.
An AWS referral was accepted but no deal appeared
AWS creates the opportunity shortly after the acceptance. Wait a few minutes or choose Retry import on the invitation. See AWS invitations.
Updates to AWS are not applied
After AWS approves an opportunity it locks the title, the customer's country, postal code, industry and website, and the business problem. Changes to those in Zoho are not sent. While AWS is reviewing (Submitted, In review), nothing can change. See What AWS lets you change.
