Import from Partner Central

Some opportunities start in Partner Central instead of Zoho: created there directly, or referrals accepted in the Partner Central console. CoSell can bring them into Zoho so your pipeline is complete.

Import by hand

On Opportunities, choose Import from Partner Central. CoSell lists the account's open opportunities (not Launched, Closed Lost or Rejected) that no Zoho deal carries yet:

  • Live (the default): the target close date is today or later.
  • All open: overdue ones too.

Each candidate shows its title, customer, stage and expected spend:

  • An opportunity a Zoho deal already carries (by ACE ID) is linked, not duplicated.
  • One that may duplicate an existing deal is flagged and left unticked, so a person can decide. That means a deal with the same name, or an open deal for the same customer.

Tick the ones you want and choose Import. For each one, CoSell creates the Zoho account (with AWS's address), the contact (matched by email) and the deal. AWS's record becomes the baseline, so only later Zoho edits are sent back.

Import automatically

Set Bring Partner Central opportunities into Zoho under Settings → General. Live opportunities created or changed in any production AWS account then come into Zoho by themselves, through Partner Central events and the 15-minute reconciliation. Sandbox accounts never feed Zoho this way. A likely duplicate is not imported automatically: you get a notification to review it instead.
